You are skilled at gaining information from people. You know how to talk to people, can easily ingratiate yourself with local populations, and can pick out those with important information, even predicting their actions.

3 Focus
After talking with someone for at least one minute, spend 3 Focus to know which Charisma specialty will be most effective when trying to get them to do a specific thing, and which specialty will be least effective.

5 Focus
If you wish to know a piece of information that is known by the majority of the population of your current location, you can learn it after spending 5 Focus and ten minutes walking amongst and interacting with the local population.

6 Focus
Identify an individual in line of sight that could provide useful information or is in some way related to your objective, assuming that such an individual exists.

4 Focus
If you have spent at least one day amongst a people whose language you do not speak, then you can spend 4 Focus when someone speaks to you using that language to pass an Intelligence (Languages) check, allowing you to understand the general gist of what that person is saying. This must be done before rolling for the check.

6 Focus
After observing someone for an hour or talking with them for fifteen minutes, spend 6 Focus and make a 13+ Perception (Empathy) check. If you succeed, then you can accurately predict that individual’s next action. Once you attempt the check, your observation/talking time is reset and you must begin again.
