Backseat Advisor

Description

In combat, you do not strike out at your enemies as your allies do. Instead, you advise and inspire from the back, directing the flow of battle and using careful planning to get the most out of your fellow fighters.

Level 1

Passive

When combat begins, you enter Advisor Mode. In Advisor Mode you do not have a major or minor action. Instead, you have three advisor actions a turn, which you can use to provide various benefits to your party (these are provided in the supporting text). You can end Advisor Mode in combat for no action but cannot re-enter it that combat.

Level 2

You now have five Advisor Actions a turn.

Barbarus, Rifts and Rivets, The City, Passive, Upgradable, Buff, Utility

Level 3

Passive

Twice per combat encounter, you can have an effect (that costs advisor actions) that normally affects a single ally affect all allies.

Level 4

Passive

You now have 8 Advisor Actions a turn.

Level 5

Passive

Twice per combat encounter, you can have an effect (that costs advisor actions) last until the end of combat, instead of for a turn. This cannot be done at the same time as Level 3 of this ability.
