Design Article: Long Distance Travel (Digital Only)

Design Articles are optional add-ons for your adventure, designed by us. These systems can be easily used in ongoing Phoenix Roleplays adventure and are designed to enhance less common aspects of PHOENIX RPGs, providing extra rules and outlines for situations often not covered in the guides.
 
Whilst many roleplays will take place within a small area, some roleplays may include long periods of travel, where managing food and tiredness on a day-to-day basis is impractical. This Design Article provides a system for summarising long-distance travel whilst introducing meaningful encounters and plentiful opportunities for choice and roleplaying.
