The Haunting of Blackmoor (Digital Only)

Blackmoor, a small suburb in The City, has recently been hit with a string of fatal hauntings, with strange green energy seen all around. With the area quarantined to prevent these hauntings spreading it has become derelict, with gangs running wild in the streets and those who remain terrified. With the culprit of these hauntings not known, it is your job to explore and track down information on what this spirit is and, most importantly, how to stop it's deadly rampage.
 
This adventure takes place in the PHOENIX setting of The City. This free adventure is designed to be accessible for new Game Masters, with clear instructions, premade characters and no prior knowledge of the The City setting needed, and best of all, completely for free!
